As a current owner and operator of a home repair and remodeling contracting company for 10 years, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.

We're also a member of the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin. This means that the Realtor doesn't have to be pesent at the time of the inspection in order for us to access the property. If the Realtor can't make, then there's no need to reschedule.
I would highly recommend Dave as your home inspector. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every square inch of the house. Make sure you have enough time to go through everything and allow time for him to answer your questions. We went around the house several times, took out a drone for roof and chimney inspection, through the entire property from foundation to roof and everything in between. Highly recommended to anyone.
