Dave was phenomenal! He explained everything on a level that I could understand. He told me what was a suggestion for maintenance and what was necessary to bring our home up to code. He had awesome “toys” like the drone to give us a Birdseye view of our roof! I really could go on and on, but Dave was professional, thorough and lots of fun to work with! Would love to work with him again!
I would highly recommend Dave as your home inspector. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every square inch of the house. Make sure you have enough time to go through everything and allow time for him to answer your questions. We went around the house several times, took out a drone for roof and chimney inspection, through the entire property from foundation to roof and everything in between. Highly recommended to anyone.
David came to the home location full of energy and enthusiasm. Pointing out not only any concerns or things to keep an eye on but also the good things as well. Making suggestion to improve an area that was safe and up to code but could be utilized better. Would recommend.
Dave was prompt and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. As he inspected the property he made notes and explained scenarios and situations. I found him to be extremely helpful in determining what rises to problematic and what is basic maintenance. Dave was amazing! He has so much knowledge and experience. There was nothing that slipped by, his attention to detail is astonishing. There are so many things my husband and I did not notice but that Dave caught right away. Dave also takes the time to explain why something is good or bad in the home. He took the time to educate us. We had a question about the report and Dave did not hesitate to call us right away and answer our questions. He is very kind, patient, and honest.
